I Received a voucher
Aren't you a lucky human! You're now a card carrying Velo Important Person. Welcome to the #VIP club!

Your voucher has two very important things on it:

A valid to date - you MUST complete the below steps to activate the voucher by this date

A voucher code - this is the unique voucher code for you to access your gift - it can only be used once

Activation - existing customer

You will need to log into your existing gymcatch account

Select Chateau Velo if you haven't already linked us as your fitness provider

Go to 'packages' and select the bundle you have been gifted (e.g. select 5 class bundle)

You will have the option to insert a promotional code - this is the voucher code you have

Select purchase
-
Voila! The relevant credits will now be in your account to use as normal

Activation - NEw customer

You will need to create a new Gymcatch account - this is completely free, and because we use them for all bookings - you can set up your account by clicking here

Select 'follow' and you'll be given the option to log in or register

Fill in your name and contact email to register

Go to 'packages' and select the bundle you have been gifted (e.g. select 5 class bundle)

You will have the option to insert a promotional code - this is the voucher code you have

Select purchase

Voila! The relevant credits will now be in your account to use as normal

If you are purchasing class credits for an existing member as a gift we can also arrange to add them directly to their account or provide you with a voucher code for them to do themselves. Just let us know your preferences!
