Our Classes
Beginner 30
30 minute class designed specifically for beginners. Perfect if you’re just getting started or want a confidence-boosting intro to the bike. We keep it short, simple, and supportive.

Beginner 45
A 45 minute beginner class perfect to build up your time in the saddle with the same support and encouragement to build your confidence too.

HIIT 30
HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training. Move to the beat in this energising, high energy ride set to music. Expect seated and optional standing efforts with a mix of speed, resistance and rhythm. Yes you can get sweaty, smiley and satisfied in just 30 minutes!

Camp Classics Ride
The Campest ride around - a 45 minute ride with all the classics with Mattie's unique camp twist. You'll be sweating, and singing along.
Ride 45
A 45 minute ride session to build endurance, strength and stamina. Challenging but accessible—go at your own pace and push when you’re ready.

Ride 60 (aka the Power Hour Ride)
For riders who want to stay in the saddle longer, a mixture of endurance and energy this is our feel-good challenge ride. You’ll leave sweaty but satisfied (and smiling).
