Terms & Conditions of Prize Draw

· To be entered into this competition, you will need to: (i) subscribe to the Chateau Velo mailing list using the link above, (ii) still be subscribed to the mailing list when the draw takes place

 

· Entries close at 23:59 BST on 14 July 2024 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.

· Entrants must be new subscribers to the mailing list, aged 18 or over at the time of entry and resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

· There will be three winners who will be selected in a random draw by an independent selection process on 15 July 2024 ("Draw Date"). The first prize winner will receive a four pack class pass, the second prize winner will receive a three pack class pass and the third prize winner will receive a single class pass. All passes subject to usual terms and conditions of use including validity of classes. No cash alternative will be offered.

· The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw date and will be given details of how to accept the prize. Failure by the winner to accept the prize in the manner specified 14 days of the Promoter’s notification will make any claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries. Please allow 21 days for delivery of the prize.
